Caroline is a happy girl with a big ol' open mouthed grin. She loves to laugh, cuddle, and show excitement anyway she can -- shrieks, arm flapping, eating my hair. I love love love the hugs she gives with her forehead buried in my neck and her arms wrapped hard around wherever she can find body. She has a great personality. She loves to smile at people who look at her, usually closely followed by her pulling my hair into her mouch and burying her face in my neck while laughing.

Current update - Caroline started rolling over without pulling on a blanket during our stay at Virginia Beach (April 6-9). The following week she was much more stable sitting up. The week after that she is bending over and sitting back up, reaching for toys and bringing them back with her to sitting, and easing herself over to playing on her tummy. She is also practicing scootching backwards and around (and around...). Just today (4/23) she was able to pick her tummy up off the ground and balance on knees and hands. Caleigh was very excited and encouraging. She wants her to crawl very badly. Both Caleigh and Zach are excited she is now eating baby food. They were talking about it for days before we got around to it, and were happy to help us feed her that first night.
